You\u2019ll be welcomed by our team of passionate Tuscan pasta makers<\/b>, each of us raised in kitchens where pasta was made by hand and shared with love.<\/h6>

We\u2019ll teach you how to prepare three types of fresh pasta<\/b> from scratch:<\/span><\/p>

The experience begins with a traditional Italian aperitivo<\/b>: Prosecco and bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and olive oil. Then we roll up our sleeves and get our hands in the dough! We\u2019ll guide you through every step \u2014 from kneading to shaping, and finally\u2026 to tasting.<\/h5>
After cooking, we\u2019ll all sit together at the table to enjoy what we made, along with a dessert and a toast with homemade pie and Limoncello<\/b>. All while admiring a stunning panoramic view of Florence.<\/h5>
