We are a small team of local hosts, founded By Francy in 2018, each of us raised in kitchens where pasta was made with love and passed down through generations. Every recipe we share has a story, every technique comes from our grandmothers, and every plate reflects the soul of our heritage.
What brings us together?
A love for sharing, a passion for handmade food, and the joy of welcoming guests from all over the world into our culture — with a glass of wine and flour on our hands. Come cook with us ,become part of our Tuscan kitchen family and cook like a real italian!
