Welcome to Francy’s Pasta, a warm and authentic pasta-making experience set in the scenic hills above Florence.
You’ll be welcomed by our team of passionate Tuscan pasta makers, each of us raised in kitchens where pasta was made by hand and shared with love.
We’ll teach you how to prepare three types of fresh pasta from scratch:
– Cappellacci (stuffed pasta),
– Fresh spaghetti,
– Potato gnocchi — each paired with a delicious homemade sauce.

The experience begins with a traditional Italian aperitivo: Prosecco and bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and olive oil. Then we roll up our sleeves and get our hands in the dough! We’ll guide you through every step — from kneading to shaping, and finally… to tasting.
After cooking, we’ll all sit together at the table to enjoy what we made, along with a dessert and a toast with homemade pie and Limoncello. All while admiring a stunning panoramic view of Florence.
Round-trip luxury van transport is included from Piazzale di Porta Romana, Florence This is a joyful, relaxed, and delicious way to experience real Tuscan hospitality.

Meet the driver in front of Caffè Petrarca-Piazzale di Porta Romana, Florence
From there, we’ll take you to our home in the hills by private luxury van (about 10 minutes drive).
The return trip is also included to the same meeting point
